| JOB DUTIES | : | Support Business applications and ensure the stability of the applications. Perform proactive maintenance activities, engage in automation activities, and perform root cause analysis and remediation. Engage with quality, engineering and manufacturing team to troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues and implement process improvements. Utilize SQL, Java, and SAS on a daily basis for various business analysis tasks. Involve in support of practices associated with database maintenance and suggest improvements. Work under supervision. Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required. |
| EDUCATION REQUIRED | : | Bachelor’s degree in Computers Science/ IT/Information Systems/Business Analytics/ Engineering (Any) or closely related. |
